I just wanted to let you know that order JS50024 (SL228 for Chrys W.) was delivered last week and Chrys is very happy with it. This was a very custom order, using special sizes and a customer-provided upholstery fabric, and everything worked out perfectly. Several things had to be changed and/or fixed as it was produced, so a lot of work went into making this sofa. She sent me an email complimenting us on the quality of the sofa and how happy she is with the value.
Everybody at the factory did a great job with this order, and I wanted to say: THANK YOU! Keep up the great work!
I hope you are well. I ordered a sofa from Shangri-la mid-last year, and I was quite impressed with the quality. This being said I am trying to have several other pieces of furniture made. I am currently putting together the specifications and images for the pieces.....
